MICHELIN-STARRED chef Sean Hope will be demonstrating how to prepare and cook a three-course meal at his pub in the Vale of Belvoir.
Co-owner and business partner, Marcus Welford, will offer wine and drink suggestions.
The demonstration starts at The Red Lion Inn, Stathern, on Tuesday, August 17, at 10am. For tickets, Pounds 35 including lunch and copies of the recipes, call 01949 860868.
